Privacy policy

1. What data
Analytics tools — Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) and Google Analytics (Google) — use cookies to record the IP address, browser and device details, where the visit came from, clicks and scrolling. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself sets no cookies. If you choose to leave your email address on the payment page, it is stored in Yandex Forms (Yandex LLC, Russia). The site collects no other data. The site host (GitHub Pages, GitHub, Inc., USA) technically processes the IP address.
2. Purpose and legal basis
To count which features and plans visitors are interested in before the service is built (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the email address — one message when the service starts, based on your consent given by submitting the field (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Transfers outside the EEA
Data may be transferred to Russia (Yandex) and the USA (Google, GitHub). There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for Russia.
4. Retention
Analytics data — according to the tools' settings, at most 14 months; the email address — until the launch message is sent or until the decision not to launch the service.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent (Art. 15–21 GDPR); complaint to a data protection supervisory authority. You can block cookies in your browser — the site works without them.
